Tyme bank and 1foryou voucher

I recently had a bad experience with tyme bank, which is in patnership with 1foryou voucher. I purchased a 1foryou voucher through tyme bank, and i received an error " invalid voucher" when i tried to redeem. I decided to contact tyme bank who told me that they are not resposible for voucher related queries and they could not help and i dont understand why because i bought a voucher through their app. I am disappointed with tyme bank and i think i might cancel my debit card.
