Tyme bank a NO NO NO - wish I never opened an account with them!!!

Tyme bank is a no no no - they wont let me close my account which has unauthorized transactions which they cant even explained. I wish I never opened an account with this bank. I opened the account in December and there has been attempts transactions on the account until I stopped putting money in the account but each time this bounces I get charged R10 or so. I called the call center to close the account and confirmed that I will never ever want to open an account with them and that they should close it. A week later I get an email saying "thank you for choosing not to close your account" I call the call centre again and they said its because I didnt pick up a phone call from them to confirm. What the hell does that even mean as I made it clear I want that account gone??? I asked for the number and they say they dont take calls, they will call me.

Where else can I go please if anyone knows so I can close this account please... Pathetic service and a **** to keep customers on their platform and no way to get out....
