Tyme bank

So I sent an amount of 600 rands from my tyme bank app to a tyme bank recipient, and due to human error I entered one digit too many, so I entered an invalid account which in my expericance with other banks should come back to my account immediately it should not even leave my account, but somehow the money dissappeared to that invalid account that was in the 6th of October I went on the 8th to pick and pay and was told I should wait for 3 to 5 days and still nothing, I went again and insisted on a reference number for the call and was told that I must wait for 48 hours and they smsed me ref number that was last Wednesday and I was told I will be charged a 150 rands for that error which I was not ok with accepted(what if the amount was less than 150, what was I gonna be charged then), and to this day I'm still awaiting the money to be transfered back to my account even with 150 less they still can't pay me back, they keep promising but don't deliver if I have such a big issue for only 600 imagine if it was thousands, tyme bank is dissapointing and offered horrible service
