Tyme Bank ****

Last year around this time, I lodged a complaint with the bank regarding monies that were paying for Uber in JHB using my account, that time I am in Bloemfontein. The customer service told me they can't help me. Two days back, I received a suspicious call from these numbers ***. The guy asked me some weird questions regarding my account. He knew my account number and he masqueraded as someone from Tyme Bank. Once I mentioned I no longer deposits money into my account, he hung up. I went to one of the Tyme Bank consultants regarding the call. She did agree with me that that's a ****. But here is where it gets interesting. I told her about the previous times when someone paid for their rides using my account and the feedback I got from Tyme Bank. She told me that people always complain about monies vanishing from their accounts and Tyme Bank never pays those monies back. It's then that I remember that both my mom and aunt stopped using Tyme Bank because mmoney vanishes and when they asked, they also get the same response
