Tyme and Tymebank again. the bank that makes you do there job

Despite the fact that Tymebank kept my account on debt hold over a R25 mistake that was their mistake not allowing me to withdraw funds for 3 days for emergency cancer meds making me spend nearly R500 on airtime and bolt trying to sort it out but now I have a R80 recurring card transaction that came off on the 31st of Dec which I have asked them to return to me as I have not authorised anyone to do so except Telkom. And they tell me I must contact the client and sort it out. I don't even know who it is and neither can Tymebank tell me. Since when do we do the banks work. That's what we pay them for. And they still have not done anything about it. Again I prove the that board of directors are ******s and should all be fired. I will be leaving this institution soon and returning to my old bank that charged me a fortune but I never had a days ****.
