I have phoned multiple times and given reference number but never assisted until i wrote a review on hellopeter . Thay called me and said it is now on high level and gave me new reference apart from the already 2 that i was already given in the past but still to date i have not been assisted. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. USE IT AT OWN RISK . Very bad service and useless. You will see hell on earth
