Tymbank worst experience
I filed a ***** case with tymbank over a month ago, they promised to give me feedback after 30 days, it's long overdue and all I get when I call are endless escalation with empty promises of calling me back and no refund. At first they said it only takes 7 days to investigate ***** and then when I called after 7 days they changed it to 30 days no they shifting the blame to visa saying they waiting on visa while I still need my money back. This ***** happened on the 20th of May 2025, we just entered July still nothing from tymbank!
