Tymbank ****

Hi My name is Tshepiso Sereo so I have a TymeBank account so I recently decided that let me use it as my work bank account Whr I get my salary paid in because the charges are low.. so last week Thursday 31 March 2022 I sent my mom money with my app she uses Capitec then I forget to do immediate payment I do normal payment which should reflect within 3 working days... till today 8 of April 2022 my mom is still waiting for that money 🥺 2 days ago my bf went to claim for his UIF and labour department they told him not to use TymeBank as a receiving bank account because they have been receiving complaints abt Tymbank as ppl don’t get their UIF,he had to open a different bank account with a different bank Name I am so sad to be honest.. so I called their call Centre which they told me they will investigate what happened to it...this should be solved with 5 working days😞at home I am a bread winner I can’t have that money missing...please help and warn ppl against Tym bank
