Tymbank Poor Service

I was de*****ed by a Tymbank account holder, under a false name Landstar properties. I communicated with the bank and opened a case at the police station. Tymbank wasn't efficient in their communication. I kept on calling to follow up on my case, only to get a consultant that was rude to say my case might not be resolved because the police statement wasn't clear enough. At the end of that week I received an sms that my case has been closed and there is nothing the bank will do for me. No refund or a portion of the funds, nothing. Lucky for me the police I still busy with the case, I hope there will be hope for me
