TymBank issue

Hi i have a problem with TymBank they blocked my account because there was a transaction that was made in my account i called them they said they need a proof of payment indeed i sent that proof of payment many times ,they respond they sent the email they said they will get back to us within 24 hours up until today to them 24 hours have not pass my money has been blocked for more than 2weeks now.When i tried to call them i wait online until until after that they hang up on us.Please help me i need my money
