Tymbank horrible service
Horrible service, you hold for hours and noone assist you. They dont call back to assist with issues relating to your account. The system doesnt work on pay days always a technical error. This bank will embarrass you.

22 Nov 2022, 19:23Hi, you can assist by being able to assist a person over a phone call, instead of putting a customer on hold for over 30 minute then dropping the call. And train your managers to call back customers if they left messages for them.
