Tymbank dissapontment
I'm so disappointed in tymbank, a mandate was sent to my phone it was never accepted however to my surprise it has been added to my active mandates.when I lay a complaint they tell me to tell the people who sent the mandate, how will I know them cos even the mandate was not approved
