Tymbank delivers ****ty service

Really **** bank, they keep on telling me my money is available and not available, I've spend more than R500.00 on airtime not even to say the money spend on petrol, the operator and the supervisor said they will sort it out and call me back, but still nothing, I'm meeting up with someone from Cart Blanche tomorrow if my problem is still not sorted out, this is the lowest kind of people that doesn't care about their clients.
