TYM BANK

Hello Peter,on the 14 December 2019 i went at azelea park in Rustenburg pick n pay to withdraw money at Tym bank at till point so the cashier at that Tym help me with the withdrawal at that time she tried bt it declined to give money Nd the cash slip as it was off line by that time so i make my way out of the shop as I was I recieved a bank notification sms of 100 withdrawn going back to the cashier showing that notify me she was without information of what is happening and told me Tym bank is off line,yesterday on the 31 December 2019 I make a cash send of 310 twice to a cellphone number after making it I buyed a hundredrand airtym for my phone bt at all this transaction in makef with a bank app still the cash send didn't make through to a cellphone number I send to even my hundredrand airtym didn't go through my recharge account what I noticed is getting notifications so as review to hello Peter now I had a problem of getting to a help desk of this bank,they take Tym to reply to mails Nd cols they take Tym to reverse money even now I didn't found thier bank ambassador at boxer looking for help all of my money that is giving me problem is almost 800 of which I don't know will it be reversed or nt
