Two Weeks. Frozen Account. No Response. Discriminatory Treatment.

I submitted an affidavit over a week ago regarding my Tyme Bank account (account number: ***, account holder: JP Claasen) being placed on a debit hold. It has now been almost two weeks and I have not received a single call, email or resolution from Tyme Bank.

What makes this particularly unacceptable is that another account holder who sent funds to my account and whose account was also blocked was unblocked without being required to submit any affidavit at all.

How can the same bank apply completely different standards to different customers for the exact same situation? This is unfair treatment and I demand an explanation.

I do not want a private response asking me to email someone who will simply escalate and do nothing. I want to be contacted by someone with the actual authority to resolve this matter immediately.

My account has been frozen for almost two weeks. I have financial obligations I cannot meet because of this. The inconsistency in how customers are treated is unacceptable and I am questioning whether this differential treatment is based on ************** because of my race?

Going through the reviews here this seems common with tyme bank and i cannot continue banking with a bank like this.

I expect a resolution within 24 hours. Not another escalation!!
