Two deductions in same month on loan

Why did i even bother.

Tymbank is the worst, they said not dispute my loan as it deducted twice same month, they will refund in 5 days. They never did.

Next month they said, they will deduct January. Meaning they will skip a month. They deducted anyway. Inconveniencing me twice in two months.

They are the worst. Am going back to Absa.
