Trying to get a statement for January 2024 has turned into mission impossible

Trying to get a statement for January 2024 has turned into mission impossible. We've called, had the calls cut out because we've run out of airtime while being on hold. We've been cut off after holding for 17 minutes. all that for a damn statement. Nee man, this is ridiculous and a waste of airtime and time. I've emailed, that took time to get a response and then missed their call because I was out.
