Trying to close my account

I had some bad experience when I tried to apply for upgrade at steeledale pick and pay I asked for my account to be closed because in will open a new one in the new year I have send my documents in were by someone from tymebank said that thy are working to fix the problem. I then send numerous emails that thy must close my account Ref C 28th responded that thy will come back to me shortly but to no avail. ********** 043088 Johannes Adam Steyn
