TRYING TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS WITH TYME BANK IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!

I have been trying repeatedly, with little or no success to change both mine and my husband's physical address with Tyme Bank. Eventually, after much effort, they finally changed my physical address however, we are still battling with them to change my husband's physical address. I sent them my husband's bank account details with proof of address from SARS. I then received a phone call from Tyme Bank where they advised me that they had tried to contact my husband unsuccessfully yet, there were no missed calls to my husband on his cellphone. What does that tell you.

My husband has now again just received an email from Tyme Bank to ask him to provide proof of address, which I have already done, but Tyme Bank have ignored the documents which I sent them
