Trust TymeBank with my funds - not likely

What a ridiculous organisation this is. Was promised a call from customer services today, as I wanted to open a business account with them. I did not get a call just an email telling "Your Digital Channel Issue with Case number DCI-91285 has been logged and is Resolved-Information Provided". How very interesting, and quite magical, they can resolve cases without even contacting the customer to find out what the case is. I responded with astonishment and gave the one more chance to call me. Still waiting. And they want us to trust them with our money - I really don't think so!
