Trust broken

Tymebank sent a message that my loan repayment would run on the 13th. I called in and told them Im only getting paid on the 20th and they still went ahead and debited my account and now I have NO transport money left untill payday, utterly disguisting from them, I have never missed a payment but yet they go ahead and act greedy and ************* towards someone, a customer who has never missed a payment and now Im inconvienced...disgusting
