Truly disappointed

Literally been waiting a month for an investigator to call me back I’ve wasted at least 300-400 minutes of my life and airtime which they will never reimburse me for

My account has been blocked for a month even after I’ve sent through the supporting documentation, this service is beyond bad.

I need this case to be sorted and these delays and empty promises in call backs to stop

I’ve tried to unblock my account just so that I can use the account while awaiting news on this transaction at question.
