Transaction on my account while talking to ***** department

My account was hacked on 28 December 2024 and my goal save accounts emptied and my fixed deposit all cleared into my daily savings account. All this while I was on the phone with TymeBank ***** department!!!!!

Busy explaining to them that someone claims to be from TymeBank ***** department and is requesting OTP's from me. My account was blocked but not until R2500.00 was used for a VAS Voucher Purchase while on the phone with the bank!!!!! Now explain that to me.

My claim was denied because they insist that I supp**** the OTP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't explain because I was talking to the BANK telling them that this person is swearing at me to supply the OTP and still the purchase was made!!!!!
