TRANSACTION FEE CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT
ON THE 19th OF SEPTEMBER 2021 I MADE A TRANSACTION THROUGH AIRBNB USING MY TIME BANK CARD, THE PAYMENT WAS FOR 8223.65. UPON LOGIN IN TO MY TYMEBANK I REALISED THAT AN ADDITIONAL SEPARATE AMOUNT OF 164.47 WAS DEDUCTED BY TYMEBANK REFERENCED: FEE APP****. I ENQUIRED WITH THE BANK ON SEVERAL OCCATIONS, I SEND THEM THE PROOF OF INVOICE FROM AIRBNB. BUT THEY ARE STILL FAILING TO RETURN MY MONEY. TYMEBANK IS A ****!!!! DO NOT TRUST IT

Kindly note that I do not have a case number, i have been calling tymebank everyday enquirying and i have been taken from pillar to post,
I just need my money bank and clarity thereto
