Totally Trashy TymeBank

My account has been unceremoniously placed on hold! With nothing but an apology! I have tried calling them. After an hour wait I finally got a response on the phone. They the told me I must wait 2 working days to access my account as that's how long it will take them to fix it. Now I'm stranded with no access to money as both my account and bank cards and banking app are on hold. I can't buy electricity, supper or even pour diesel because my money is being held to ransom. This is grossly unfair. All I want is them to open my account so that I can withdraw all my funds, switch debit orders to a new bank and then close their poor excuse of a bank account! This bank is just absurd!
