Tone Deaf

I submitted details of where I was decieved by someone used Tymebank as proof of payment. The bank said they would look into it but have no interest in dealing with the matter and basicallyt said I must go to the Obudsman. Not interested in dealing with these pathetic people and tomorrow will close my account.
