To be honest, I work in a call centre, and the agent I spoke to had good customer service skills. She was able to empathise and put herself in my shoes. I'm so happy with the agent I spoke to - I'm not praising the company, but I'm rating the agent a hundred, over a hundred! Thank you so much, she went beyond her job. She made sure I was assisted and understood. When I called, I was frustrated, but she was able to calm me down. That's good customer service!
