TIMEBANK. Nightmare from hell institution

Its is now 4 working days or 7 days that Timebank say they will call me back, nothing to date. I can not get hold of you and you do not phone me back to close the account. The capital is paid up, now is only pay cost on cost and no responds from Timebank. You have my email address PLS sent me a email with a settlement amount, if there is MORE COST it will be paid immediately. I just want the account closed and finalist. It is the one promise on the next one and nothing happen. This is the second time i ask for a simple thing.
