Time wasters

What a waste of my time!

I called the call center to enquire about a an eft transfer I was supposed to receive from a different bank but the transaction was declined by tyme bank due to limits which I didn’t know about. I was told to go to any pick and pay to update it then when I went the machine said I should call the contact center. What a waste of my time and money to go to the mall. I reached out to their Twitter page but I guess influencers and competitions are more important. I’m yet to be acknowledged. I emailed...it’s been more than 24 hours. ****py ****py service
