TIME TO FIND ANOTHER BANK, BECAUSE TYME BANK ARE USELESS!!!

I have been unable to use my Tyme Bank card the whole weekend - both my business account and my personal account. I cannot draw money, I cannot deposit money and I cannot purchase anything. I also cannot get my chronic medication from my local pharmacy, as there is a levy which needs to be paid, and based on the fact that I cannot draw cash nor pay for the levy with my Tyme Bank card, I have not been able to get my chronic medication. I am also unable to buy groceries and for the weekend, have been unable to purchase any basic necessities. Do Tyme Bank actually give a damn? For me, the answer is a big fat NO!!!

And Tyme Bank have not bothered to communicate anything to their customers.
