Time bank credit card

Service at this institution is appalling. My credit card money keeps on decreasing for no valid reason. The monthly payment that i do is not considered or recorded on my statement, They go straight to my account and debit the amount that they want.

Getting hold of them through their call centre is a mission because available options are not clear so you get transferred from one department to another. This bank is a ****, I would advise anyone who wants their credit card to think twice before doing so.
