Thymebank not able to remove my hold on my account.

It Has been 8 Months that my account ount has been on hold. Received an sms to Re Fica my account and remove the hold either on the app or at a Kiosk. Drove to 4 places the whole morning to get a kiosk. I could not do the Re Fica as they told me to do in sms. I cant do ot on the app also. Made a call to the call center and they also could not help me. This is a very frustrating bank to use. I want to withdraw my money that you blocked. 1 star rating is to high. Thymebank should get a -5 Star.
