There is limited app functionality with an IPhone. No assistance at any of the Pick n Pay kiosks in Somerset West. Jet in the mall tried to help but could not verify account. No link between card and existing smartshopper. No assistance at Pick n Pay as they didn't have a clue. Train your staff better!
