Thymebank *****

On the 26 of April my Thymebank account was hacked.I immediately phone thymebank as ***** was taken place.While holding another transaction went place.First transaction was R3000 next was R2500.I reported it and told the bank to return my money and I didn't give any permission for the trasfers.On Facebook they stated that the money will be paid in 24 houers.After 12 emails alot of phone calls and airtime no feedback.They also send me a message telling me they will investigate the matter and will let me know in 5 working days.Today is already day 7 and nothing.Im busy to make a ***** case by the police against Thymebank as they don't return my money.This bank is a ******* bank.I gave them all the details screen shots and everything but nothing.This is a poor bank
