Thyme bank doesn't reverse airtime transactions

I mistakenly bought the wrong amount of airtime, instead of pressing the airtime amount I keyed in my pin code and the money is for my child's outstanding school fees, when I tell Thyme bank about my situation am told that they cnt reverse the transaction, am crushed I am stuck with airtime that I don't need
