This morning I had an enquiry about a loan I recently took out. I didn’t wait long on the line before I was assisted by a lovely consultant. I think her name is Similo. She was very kind and energetic in her work, so much so that I wish that every time I call I am assisted by her. She provided me with the information I needed and even more helped me understand what my loan entails of. She is such a gem❤️
