This is not a bank!

This is not a bank! They’re service is terrible. I was recently ****med and they refuse to reversal the unauthorised purchase in my account, with no legal or valid reason. They just lazy to do they job honestly because it doesn’t make sense why they don’t want to do their job. I closed my account and vow never to trust my personal information with them, they just too unsafe and volatile, and overall they just suck!
