This bank is a joke

The most horrible Bank ever

Tyme Bank is the worst bank ever, I have account with Tyme bank, last month my account was blocked because someone reported that I received an amount of R117.00 *****ulently which is not even true. This bank blocked my account just like that without any notification not even an SMS saying that there is suspicious activity reported concerning my account the only time I found out is when I couldn't login into internet banking and later called them. I spoke to Buhle from their *****s division and explained my story to her, yes I was frustrated when I spoke to her and instead of remaining calm and hear me out she complained that I was speaking over her, that call went south quickly. Their customer services personnel is not properly trained, I will never advise anyone to join this bank, it's just a big joke.
