They are improving and getting better after I had terrible results after losing money from my account and being told that investigations found that I’m the one that withdrew the money yet I was able to track the phone number of the person and that day no OTP or whatsoever was sent to me and it happened during my car *******. I lost the money and I lost the investigation, it will take time for me to trust TymeBank with big amounts of money savings. For now though, I think they are improving slowly but I hope they finally get to a level of 100% trust and make us feel safe. However, after that experience I didn’t have another bad one. On the call today with the consultant by the name of Mamokete Mosikibi, I was expecting them to still claim that I withdrew the money I was calling about but they were able to assist fortunately, hence I say they are improving. All thanks to them.
