THEFT FROM TYME BANK

On 26 November 2022 I went to Kingsley @ Bloemfontein, I tapped for R566.07 the first time it declined but went off my account..... Second time we used another machine and the transaction got approved my bank statement shows the mony is off and there is no sign of return I want my money back I am not willing to wait 35 days for my cash this is really bad......

Worst part is it hapened to one of my other family members whom is using capitec and the cash went back into his account within 30min after contacting Capitec..
