The worst mistake i have ever made was to think this thing is going to work

Cant deposit the money with an account number but without a card. This was the utterance of the people at Pick n Pay in Johannesburg Caltoncentre. I now i need to deposit this money to my other capitec bank account in order for me to save it with tyme bank. How convenient?. When i opened this bank account i thought i was moving away from having to pay more bank charges to more affordable one but it seems like this was a lie. This therefore means that only a person that have the card can make deposit. So i cant ask someone to deposit money into my account. If this is the case then, your not a bank but a nonsense that is not going to work for me. Just 4 months into my account and then am writting a review on this platform. I think this is the worst mistake i have ever made, i thought of moving my salary to you but nop, this is not going to work. Now am going to spent more than R100 just for one deposit. I cant talk of withdrawing money at pick n pay. I will have to go to the ATM's because your Pick n Pay that you love the most wont have more than a R1000 for me to withdraw.
