The worst bank in South Africa

It has been exactly two weeks now since my account had been placed on debit hold. Everyone you call the call center they direct you to the ***** department and nothing happens further! I have bills to pay that i cannot because tymebank chooses to keep my money on hold. Im a 68 year old woman, who needs her money and you guys just dont seem to help! Im definitely going to change banks once this matter had been resolved.
