The Worst Bank in SA , Embarrassment you constantly caused unto us is disrespect

Please note that I have been struggling to get my refund from a transaction I did Saturday when Tymebank systems were done , transactions decline but payment went through 4 times , only 2 transaction were sent back into my account and 2 outstanding, been trying to call you guys but you dont pick up calls spend almost 150 airtime whilst attempting to get my refund from your guys because the merchant never went through , the store has been sending proof that money was not received but still those 2 transactions was never reversed into my account until today , i cant even get October statement for me to atleast get refund from that company , This is the most useless bank and im switching over to other competitive banks that can handle people's money .... im now 980 short that you never refunded back into my account besides the embarrassment you guys caused atleast refund my hard earned money
