THE WORST BANK EVER IS TYMEBANK!!!

I got ****med for my savings, someone had access to my OTP, Tymebank had only blocked my account after R12000 was taken out, yet i only received 3 sms's for R3000 and i don't even know how they allowed the rest of the money to go of my account. They claimed to have investigated, yet gave me no evidence of such investigation but declined my request to refund me money. It's so suspicious that randomly a person knows i have money in my account and they had my cell number as well (sim card was cloned), as only employees have access to personal information at any bank. After I've been ****med i'm receiving calls from people saying my cell number is a cross line, why after I've been ****med. Doesn't make sense!!! I've been asking for 1 week for my account to be unblocked to take out the balance of the money and they take 1 week to call me, once i request to unblock my account i receive that sms again and i did not click on anything as i know i don't swipe my Tymebank card so why would i click on that saying i have points knowing that i don't , today the investigator called me she was the most horrible person ever, she was so rude to me on the phone, she showed no interest in helping me whats so ever,

Tyme bank needs to be closed down, i have found numerous complaints online regarding the same issue that happened to other people and that cant be a coincidence, the bank needs to be investigated.

the service that tymebank provides is disgusting, its the worst ever, had i known this was going to happen i would have trusted my bigger bank like FNB, i had so much money in my FNB account and not once did i get ****med why Tymebank?

i am going to open a case against Tymebank. their service is so bad its so unreal. and as a customer trusting them with my money i really thought they would go deep down into this matter. they did nothing.

PLEASE DON'T EVER BANK WITH TYMEBANK, DON'T EVER LEAVE YOUR MONEY IN TYMEBANK, DONT EVER TRUST TYMEBANK. THE ENTIRE BANK ITSELF ARE ********, THE BANK AND THE EMPLOYEES!!!
