The worst bank ever... I regret my decision.

Please don't fall for the 11% interest ****. I am about to close my Tyme Bank account. I deposited a lump sum into this account, followed the instructions, and gave the required 10 days' notice to receive the promised bonus. Today is the 10th day, and there has been no payout. They now claim it takes 24 to 48 hours for the payout. I spoke to Lerato, and when I called again, I spoke to Sipho. Both of them hung up on me without assisting.
