THE WORST BANK EVER

Tymbank put a debit hold on my account for a reversal that happened 15/12/21.. a technical issue that was not even my fault... I was only informed of this matter on Thursday 13 january 2022... I called and was informed that I must deposit R98 to have my account uplifted. I thought ok,we all can make mistakes so fine,things happen.. I then deposited R4700 in my account to have my account uplifted the very next day.. I called tymbank to have the upliftment done.. I was then told that it will take anything from 24 TOP 48 HOURS.. Normal banks will put account into negative,you deposit money and life goes on... NOT TYMBANK.. THEY DEBIT HOLD YOUR ACCOUNT.. The friday when I called,the agent asked me to hold .. i held for 23min listening to the **** music.. I explained to her that i am stuck and i will have a challenge getting home... 23min i had to put down as i had unwanted attention... I ended up selling my new shoes just to get home... I called them back a little later and the same **** happend. I was on hold for 15 min... eventually I got hold of a a manager Moegsien and in all honesty he was decent at least and the agent who was involved..GREAT WORK.. He (Moegsien) made it very clear that they will only be able to assist me or have the debit hold lifted after weekend.. meaning that on monday morning i have to borrow money again (i had to borrow the money just to get to work today (Saturday).. No one can give me a answer as to why the account is on debit hold to begin with and why it will take 4 days to uplift. in essence it is a very simple thing..Money owed (even thought TYMBANK messed up) , money paid,now uplift and lets go on with our lives... I have lost my shoes,airtime and dignity over a stupid R98... i have deposited money as requested and i have to 4 days to be resolved... PATHETIC.. There is no way in hell i can even stay with this bank.. i will be out of my mind if i do .. so tymebank, GOOD damn bye.. uplift my account,let me get my money and close this account,.. I will just take the losses and move on..
