The useless tymebank

So for about for the past 3-5 days I have been struggling to login to my account so that i could move money in my account frommy goal save to my everyday account.

I have forgotten my Login details and proceeded to change my password. My account was then "locked" as they had issues with "verifying my account details"

I proceeded to phone the call center numbers (which really is useless as they dont help at all. the voice prompts which is suppose to help ends up being more frustrating cause its so long and almost as if they dont want to help you

After three different consultants , Contstant Twitter messaging , emalis saying my account is unlocked , Going to THREE different pick and pay stores ( as they do not have branches) I STILL DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT OR MONEY !!!!

Tymebank your customer service is ****. I honestly feeel like home affairs is better than this and even they dont do much. I honestly would just like to cancel my account with this bank cause there is no way this can go on like this. I was in a family emergency , had to rush to doctor and make loans at a local loan shark cause of your incompetence.

To think i raved about this bank and the interst rate they have. WORSE BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR
