The Most *****ulent Bank In SA

I have never owned a Tyme Bank account, ever, yet there is an account open with my identity information on Tyme Bank, I have requested for this to be closed, provided all the required information, case numbers, identity information, affidavit, this is months ago, and still to this day the account has still not been closed, it was opened in Mpumalanga when I have never even lived or stepped in Mpumalanga, I am starting to think that this *****ulent activity is happening in house within Tyme Bank because what is so difficult about closing this account? I have spoken to so many of your representatives, that have told me they are waiting for your investigator, your investigator has still not done anything in months?
