the hackers hacked my atm tyme bank card and withdraw all my money

i want people to sto opening the tymebank account. they are not a good bank. the ****mers withdrew money on my tymebank account R3400. and was left with R40 it was on the 6 of january2026 when this was done my tyme bank app was even hacked and blocked. i am upset and hurt that how can a trusted bank like tyme bank be hacked just like that. i phoned them same day on the6th they said they will check into it and come back to me after 5 days, i am still waiting no phone call nothing. all my children money is gone it was sassa grants. i wanted to buy food and text books and schools shoes for my sons but when i talk to tyme bank ***** department they say i wont get the money back. i dont understand bbecause with other banks they refund you but them they say i will not get it back i want my money back i need hellopeter help my children dont have food and shoes and text book and i am not working my kids go with out eating super or breakfast let alone text books. lease help me i will await your response
