The email I had sent was responded to within the set time frame of the Tymebank policies, I did not have to follow up on it which prevented me from being inconvenienced. I was even contacted by telephone in regard to this and also responded to by email and successfully assisted by Lerato Legodi who was really polite and thorough in explaining everything to me and when to have my request resolved. I highly appreciate Tymebank services and wish that this could be the service constantly received.
